From time to time, we offer whisky lovers a truly rare opportunity – the chance to own one of a very limited number of Ad Gefrin single malt casks. Each cask represents not only a personal connection to our spirit but also a lasting legacy, maturing gracefully in our bonded warehouse at the heart of Northumberland. 

We currently have casks available in:

• Bourbon (200 litre American Standard Barrel)
• Cognac (225 litre Barrique)
• Oloroso Sherry (250 litre Hogshead)

To be eligible for cask ownership, you must be a member of our Corenkyn community – a family of supporters who share in our journey of bringing Northumbria’s Golden Age to life through whisky making.

As a cask owner, you will be invited to special Cask Owners’ Days, where you can:

• Visit the cask store to sign your own cask.
• Place a personalised plaque on our Cask Wall – a permanent marker of your place in Ad Gefrin’s history.

Your cask will continue to mature under our expert care, developing its unique character over the years. When the time comes, you will have the choice of bottling your whisky to enjoy and share, or leaving it to rest even longer as it deepens in flavour and heritage.

Owning a cask is more than an investment – it is a personal journey into the story of Northumbrian whisky, one that connects past, present, and future.
