WHEELCHAIR ACCESS
There is wheelchair access throughout Ad Gefrin, although for those participating in the Distillery Tour and Tasting, please note that you will need to leave the tour party when going from the first floor to the ground floor of the Distillery by means of the stairs, to travel via the lift, rejoining the tour party on the ground floor. A member of our team will accompany you to assist.
ELECTRIC & MECHANISED WHEELCHAIRS
Tours around the distillery are through an ATEX rated zone, and some electric and mechanised chairs may not be suitable for this. We recommend bringing a manual chair if needed in this situation, and contacting us to discuss if you have any queries in advance of your visit.
WHEELCHAIR SUPPLY
We are able to offer a small, limited number of manual wheelchairs for use of visitors during their stay with us should they be required. We suggest you contact us and book in advance to ensure availability.
SERVICE AND SUPPORT DOGS
Ad Gefrin welcomes service and support dogs in the free circulation areas plus the Great Hall and Museum, however visitors may be asked to provide some documentation for them. Due to the industrial nature of the Distillery and the grille flooring, we suggest that it is not suitable for dogs to accompany visitors on the tour.

PLEASE NOTE. A tour of the Distillery involves walking on grille flooring. Please ensure you wear flat shoes/suitable footwear.

The external pathways are smooth surfaced and suitable for motorised and non-motorised wheelchairs and pushchairs.
