Our Spirits
The same landscape that drew ancient royalty to hold court and offer hospitality to peoples from around the world today gives us the finest malting barley and the purest Cheviot water with which to create our Single Malt Whisky and our Thirlings Dry Gin.
We want our English whisky and our Northumberland gin made in our distillery to be shaped for sharing, and to be central to those moments of life that matter.
Our Single Malt Whisky will be our hero spirit, a product sold across the globe, made in an English whisky distillery, that will hold its own in international markets. Whilst our Thirlings Dry Gin will provide an invitation to sample traditions of Northumberland’s past, a special spirit to taste and toast with throughout the year.
