The Garden

The flora of the Northumbrian hills is a thing of beauty. From spring to autumn a huge array of flowers, grasses, heathers, and ferns bring our hillsides, riverbanks and pastures to life.  They have also been a rich source of botanicals and dyes over the centuries.

The grounds around Ad Gefrin have therefore been carefully cultivated to reflect this array of planting and to showcase the natural riches of our environment, as well as the inspiration behind the creation of our spirits in our distillery.
